Thon Hotel Skagen - Bodo

The night I spent here was honestly shocking, the breakfast was horrid-clearly they think pancakes can just be thick and qualify as delcious. Plus, the bathroom was tiny, definitely not fit for royalty like me. I woudl ve been pleased to receive a room upgrade, but they clearly have no care for their guests' comfort. Ugh!

The hotel is fairly clean and wonderful, offers great and unbeatable location close enough to the city center. The venue's staff are polite. Overall appetising food, plus there is Tur Kafe & Bar close by:)))

Reasonably clean and simple place. Very-very nice and really kind staff, newly decorated room with comfy bed, temperature control, for example. Lovely and delicious breakfast for the start of the day with waffles and filled omelettes, for instance.

Beds were very narrow.

The breakfast was amazing, with personalized omelettes made fresh just for me. I also loved the waffle-making station in the afternoon. It was such a fun experience to create my own tasty treat.

Neat and huge rooms with temperature control for hotel guests.

We stayed at Skagen Hotel one night before leaving to the Lofoten Islands and one night when we came back, and got the same room. The room was very confortable and clean. The commun area (library) was very well furnished, with offer of water, coffee, self- made waffle, butter and marmelade.. Elegant, warm and relaxing. There was a very good breakfast with plenty of varieties of food and fresh made omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs! That was really great!!

We had to open the cauch ourselves and make it as bed for the kids and once open, the cauch was not very clean inside.

The staff sorted out our taxi issue promptly. Only downside was the tiny bathroom. A relaxing stay!

The staff was extremely helpful going out of their way to make sure I saw the local attractions I came to see. Also, the heated bathroom floor was unexpected in a relatively budget hotel.

I can't say anything bad about it. It was exactly what I wanted for a three day trip to Bodo.

The staff were really good, we had connecting rooms. The location was perfect for our family adventures in the city.

My kids wished for bigger bathrooms.

The hotel was within fairly easy walking distance of the train station and airport. The included breakfast was very good especially as Norway is a very expensive destination for food and accommodation. The staff were very helpful regarding things to do in Bodo given we were staying between seasons. The aircraft museum and walk in a riverland park were highlights. The waffles and jam and cream on offer in the afternoon were a surprize touch.

The check out process was very slow. The outlay of the hotel was a bit confusing at first. The windows can be opened easily.

The breakfast was very good!

We thought that the wine price for an halve bottle of wine was less!!It's better to have a drink on the bar

Great stay with friends! We explored fine hiking trails nearby and enjoyed biking along the waterfront. The super nice team, preparing a tasty to-go breakfast for us. The complimentary waffles and soup in the evenings were a nice touch. Clean and cozy rooms.

The room was quite spacey and very nicely furnished. The lobby was very cosy and the afternoon waffles were delicious!

They offer free coffe/tea and fruit to all their guests in the launge. Good breakfast and very clean rooms. Hotel is very close to the senter of town.
